สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงย่างกุ้ง แจ้งข้อมูลสำคัญสำหรับคนไทยที่พำนักในเมียนมา กระทรวงพลังงานเมียนมาได้ประกาศใช้ระบบบริหารจัดการน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิงแบบดิจิทัล (Barcode/QR Code System) เพื่อควบคุมการจำหน่ายน้ำมันอย่างเป็นระบบ เริ่มตั้งแต่วันที่ 27 มีนาคม 2569

สาระสำคัญของระบบใหม่มีดังนี้:

พื้นที่นำร่อง: เริ่มใช้ในระยะแรกที่เนปยีดอ ย่างกุ้ง มัณฑะเลย์ และตองจี ก่อนขยายผลทั่วประเทศ

เงื่อนไขการเติม: รถทุกคันต้องมีสติกเกอร์เสียภาษี (Wheel Tax Sticker) แบบมีโฮโลแกรมเพื่อสแกนก่อนเติม ระบบจะแสดงหมายเลขทะเบียน โควตารายสัปดาห์ และปริมาณคงเหลือ หากใช้เกินโควตาจะไม่สามารถเติมเพิ่มได้

ตัวอย่างโควตา:

รถยนต์ส่วนบุคคล (ไม่เกิน 2000 cc): ประมาณ 35 ลิตร/สัปดาห์ (เติมได้ 2 ครั้ง)

แท็กซี่ และ รถกระบะ/รถบรรทุก: สูงสุด 90-110 ลิตร/สัปดาห์

ข้อยกเว้น: รถพยาบาล รถกู้ภัย และรถบริการสาธารณะ เติมได้ตามความจำเป็น แต่ยังต้องถูกบันทึกในระบบ

ข้อควรระวัง: โควตาน้ำมันกำหนดเป็นรายสัปดาห์และไม่สามารถสะสมได้ ผู้เดินทางไกลอาจต้องเตรียมใบเสร็จน้ำมันเพื่อยืนยันการใช้งาน ขอแนะนำให้คนไทยในพื้นที่ตรวจสอบสติกเกอร์รถให้ถูกต้อง และวางแผนการเดินทางล่วงหน้าอย่างรัดกุม เนื่องจากสถานการณ์น้ำมันโดยรวมยังคงมีข้อจำกัด

 

 

Alert for Thais in Myanmar! New Digital Fuel Quota System Starts March 27, 2026 

The Royal Thai Embassy in Yangon has issued an important notice. Myanmar's Ministry of Energy is rolling out a new digital fuel management system (Barcode/QR Code) to strictly regulate fuel sales, effective from March 27, 2026.

Key details of the new system include:

Initial Rollout: Naypyidaw, Yangon, Mandalay, and Taunggyi, before expanding nationwide.

How It Works: All vehicles must have a valid Wheel Tax Sticker with a hologram. This will be scanned before refueling to display the license plate, weekly quota, and remaining balance. Refueling will be blocked once the quota is reached.

Quota Examples:

Personal cars (up to 2000 cc): approx. 35 liters/week (max 2 fills).

Taxis and Trucks/Pickups: up to 90-110 liters/week.

Exceptions: Ambulances, rescue, and public service vehicles can refuel as needed but will still be tracked in the system.

Important Note: Weekly quotas do not roll over. Travelers on long journeys may need to present fuel receipts. It is highly recommended to ensure vehicle stickers are valid and to plan trips carefully, as the overall fuel supply remains constrained.
